About 

I have been baking since I was a child with my mother and my grandmother, who taught me the ropes of the kitchen and passed down recipes. My real love of baking didn't blossom until my early years of marriage, cooking for my new husband and having my own kitchen. His enthusiastic responses to the dishes I prepared encouraged me to continue. I was also working as an architect and would bring in treats to share with my coworkers.
After having children, I transitioned to staying home and continued to bake, even more so than before. Since I married into an Italian family, I have inherited some wonderful recipes from my mother-in-law and both of my husband's grandmothers, Noni and Gigi.
Working in the kitchen is one of my favorite things to do, getting to use my creativity and nourish my family and friends. I love creating foods that put a smile on their faces, and even getting to teach my children new skills through cooking and baking. I hope you will find something here you enjoy too!
